2.         Panoramic Mountain Tour – R650-00 p.p

Experience the breathtaking beauty of rock formations, picturesque waterfalls, landscapes and magnificent views of the Blyde River Canyon and Bourke’s Luck Potholes, as well as Pilgrims Rest, situated in the Lowveld Escarpment.

Depart 06h30 and return late afternoon.  Stop for breakfast & lunch.

Price includes all entrance fees & lunch, but excludes other meals & drinks.

3.         Matsamo Cultural Village (Swaziland) – R400-00 p.p
           
Visit a Swazi Cultural Village.  Guided tour introduces Swazi cultures & traditions followed by a dancing performance.  Approximately 5 hours.  No passport required.

Price includes tour & performance with buffet b/fast or lunch, but excludes drinks.

4.         Swaziland Full Day Tour – R650-00 p.p
           
- Visit a Swazi Cultural Village – tour & performance. 
- Ngwenya Glass Factory – handmade glass.
            - Mantenga Craft Market – pots, garments, leather, silver, curios & artwork.
            - Gone Rural – exclusive rural handcraft / weaving.
            - Lunch at a local restaurant.
            - Swazi Candles – watch the creation process and meet the artisans.

5.         Mozambique (Maputo Day Tour) – R650-00 p.p

            - Woodcraft Market (only on Saturdays).
            - Fresh Produce & Fish Market.

6.         Chimpanzee Eden - Jane Goodall Institute – R650-00 p.p

A home to chimpanzees that have been misplaced from their natural habitat, located in a beautiful setting in a 1000 hectare Reserve.

Price includes entrance fee & lunch, but excludes drinks.

DIRECTIONS TO LODGE:
A comfortable 4 to 4½ hour drive from Johannesburg/Pretoria on the N12/N4 towards the KNP.  Daily flights are also available from Johannesburg to KMIA (Kruger Mpumalanga Int Airport) (1 hour) – transfers available to the Lodge.

The KNP can be entered from Crocodile Bridge Gate (approximately 15 km from Lodge) or Malelane Gate (approximately 35 km from Lodge).

Directions:         
Take the N12/N4 from Johannesburg/Pretoria – past Witbank, Belfast, and Machadodorp to Nelspruit.  Pass through Nelspruit to Malelane and then past Hectorspruit.  Approximately 12km from Hectorspruit turn left onto gravel road towards Marloth Park.  Enter Marloth Park after approximately 5km on the gravel road.

Once in the Reserve, travel about 8 km along the main tar road (Olifants Drive) past Bush Centre and Marlothi Trading Post until you turn left into Waterpeer Street.  At T-junction right into Raasblaar.  At T-junction left into Seekoei and then first left into Eland.  Du Bois Lodge is situated about 200m into Eland Street on the left.

From Crocodile Bridge Entrance Gate (KNP) continue along road towards Komatipoort (about 3 km) & turn right at the Marloth Park turnoff (gravel road).  Continue along gravel road past Ngwenya Lodge until you reach a T-junction.  Right at T-junction and continue until you reach the Marloth Park entrance.

Once in the Reserve, travel along the main tar road (Olifants Drive) (about 2 km) until you turn right into Waterpeer Street.  At T-junction right into Raasblaar.  At T-junction left into Seekoei and then first left into Eland.  Du Bois Lodge is situated about 200m into Eland Street on the left.

Location:
Du Bois Lodge is a delightful thatched Lodge situated in a 3 000 HA reserve adjoining the Kruger National Park (KNP) on the southern border (Crocodile River).  15 minutes drive from the Crocodile Bridge entrance gate there is easy access to the KNP although the reserve itself is home to a wide variety of game & you can enjoy the sight of many of these roaming around the Lodge!  A comfortable 4 hr drive from Johannesburg/Pretoria on the N12/N4 towards the KNP.

Accommodation:
Can accommodate 10 persons.  All 5 air-conditioned rooms en-suite with bedding & towels. 

Facilities & Activities:
The Lodge functions as a self-catering facility with a communal kitchen which is fully equipped.  In the reserve itself there are also restaurants should you not want to cater for yourself!  Game drives, night drives, tennis (at Club-house), golf nearby, pub and swimming pool at restaurant, birdwatchers paradise!  Close enough to Swaziland, Mocambique & the Panorama for day trips!
