Group Policy
- Group Definition: 9 or more full paying guests
i) 10 – 20 full paying guests - 1 guest complimentary in shared accommodation
ii) 20 or more full paying guests - 2 guests complimentary in shared accommodation.
- For day tours guides and drivers accompanying guests are not charged and enjoy the activities complimentary.
- Guides / Tour Leaders – The rate per night quoted in the Confirmation of Reservation ('the Reservation') will apply (maximum 2 per group). NB: Please inform your staff that at this rate, staff or alternative shared accommodation will be offered should guest accommodation not be available. This rate is purely for accommodation and meals and does not include drinks and the like.
- STO rates will be determined by the size and frequency of groups and wholesale rates are issued on the understanding that tour operators will use their best endeavours to support Matsamo whenever possible.
