Terms And Conditions
- Reservations/ cancellations/ changes must be made in writing with the reservations department of Matsamo or mailed to reservations@matsamo.com.
- Rates are quoted per person per day sharing a double room and are nett and non commissionable (see tariff).
- Accommodation rates include dinner, Swazi evening at the village with music and dance, full buffet breakfast and all Government taxes and levies applicable.
- A Deposit of 10% calculated on the total cost of the full stay as specified in the pro forma invoice ('the Invoice') is payable within 48 hours of receipt of the Reservation and Invoice.
- Final numbers of group size must be confirmed 60 days prior to the date of arrival as specified in the Reservation, after which time any reduction in numbers greater than 10% of the group size will incur standard cancellation fees as stipulated below.
- Payment in full of the cost as specified in the pro forma invoice must be made 14 days prior to arrival or on making the reservation if it is made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
- All charges are quoted in RAND and payments must accordingly be made in RAND.
- Single room policy determines that guests occupying suites on their own will be levied a supplement (“the single supplement”) as specified in the price list or in the Invoice.
- Non payment for reservations as stipulated above allows automatic cancellation of the reserved accommodation and entitles Matsamo to levy a cancellation fee as set out hereunder.
- Occupancy times allow for check in from 12h00 on the day of arrival and guests must vacate the room prior to 10h30 on the day of departure.
- Cancellation Fees are levied as specified below if losses are incurred by Matsamo as a result of the cancellation. Should accommodation be resold in full or partly, cancellation fees will be refunded in full or pro rata less a 5% handling fee. All reservation amendments or cancellations are valid only if made in writing and the onus of providing proof of delivery of such amendments or cancellations will be on the party relying thereon.
- Rooming lists must e received by Matsamo in writing by not later than 48 hours prior to arrival of the guests.

PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- Your domicilium and that of your clients will be deemed to be as specified in the Reservation.
- The booking and all services carried out in terms of the Reservation will be subject to South African law and the jurisdiction of South African courts.
